Questions

Q: How do I track my shipping? 
A: Once your placed your order. Within 1-3 business days you will receive a tracking number for your order. You will then be able to track your order by clicking on "Order Tracking" on the homepage menu. 

Q: What do I do if my package has not arrived yet?
A: We kindly request that you wait the time frame of 4-9 business days of the time of shipment. We try our best to process orders quickly as possible to get them to you fast. Depending on your location in the US and the speed of mail in your area, may dictate a longer or shorter time frame. Typically wait time is average a week depending on the day of order. If you are waiting 10 days or more. Please contact us my email and we will address your concerns.

Q: What do I do if I receive my package broken or defective?
A: We apologize. Contact us at support@kingdomgifting.com and we will make it right for you. 

Q: Why isn't my discount code working?
A: Most discounts will not work with multiple codes. Make sure there are no spaces. If it continues to not work please contact us.
